File Naming

The input fields below are here to assist in the process of naming the document using a standard naming convention. We use the Meeting Type, Year, Month, Day, and Document Type to build the document name (i.e. SC-2023-April-15-Agenda.pdf.) For most documents, this will be the same as the Meeting/Document Date.
Accepted file types: pdf, Max. file size: 50 MB.
